Heli-Central uses high quality licensed maintenance providers on the east coast to ensure that aircraft are maintained in top operating condition at all times. A preventative maintenance program complies with air safety requirements and ensures that all aircraft operate at very high levels of safety to meet CASA standards and the high safety standards of oil, gas and mining clients.

Pilots and ground staff undertake comprehensive safety checks prior to each operation and the company monitors aircraft performance.

Heli-Central has a work management system that tracks all activities and uses financial accounting software for invoicing and resource management.

Continuous improvement is a focus for Heli-Central. The company constantly monitors performance and regular reviews with clients are undertaken to identify areas for improvement.

Heli-Central holds an Aircraft Operators Certificate (CASA) and an Aerial Applicators License.
